Strategic Certificates enable investors to invest in themes, strategies, regions, or countries, making it easier to diversify even with small amounts of money. Strategic Certificates replicate the performance of the underlying asset without leverage, a cap, or capital protection. Investors participate nearly 1:1 in rising and falling prices of the underlying asset. The underlying assets can especially be indices or equity baskets which could be active be managed. In this way, you can invest in a whole stock market or basket in only one transaction without having to buy all the individual stocks. This is why Strategic Certificates are a great product for targeted investment in specific themes. 

Barrier Reverse Convertibles (BRCs) are structured products, which are characterized by a fixed coupon and a certain safety buffer. As a result, investors are protected against price setbacks up to the barrier, while the profit potential is limited to the coupon.

Constant Leverage Certificates provide access to many different asset classes, such as: stocks, indices, precious metals, commodities, currencies, interest instruments and volatility.

The uniqueness of Barrier Reverse Convertibles with conditional coupon lies in the fact that, as the name suggests, the coupon payment is tied to the performance of the underlying asset and thus conditional. To receive a coupon payment, the price of the underlying asset must trade at or above the respective coupon levels on the pre-determined observation dates. Like traditional BRCs, this variant also features a barrier that provides investors with a certain degree of protection.

Warrants with Knock-Out provide investors with a leveraged participation in the performance of a financial asset. The leverage effect arises from the fact that less capital is required compared to a direct investment. Investors can speculate on both rising and falling prices with less capital invested.
